The Mendocino Council of Governments  is updating the Mendocino County Regional Transportation Plan and Active Transportation Plan. They would like to hear from you about transportation needs, deficiencies, and mobility barriers/challenges.The planning document covers a 20-year time span, which includes short-and long-range transportation projects across all modes of transportation.  To fill out the online survey go to MCOG web page (takes about 5 minute to do)

Managing Anxiety During the Pandemic

Crystal Johnson, Clinical Psychologist and dharma teacher, Carolina Robb, Psychotherapist and yoga teacher, and Linda Schneider, Certified Hypnotherapist will offer their counsel and specific techniques to assist in managing anxiety.
