Mendocino Coast Clinics invites everyone to the annual Walktober challenge! The idea is to walk every day during the month of October, whether it’s a walk around the block or a hike through the forest, and enjoy the natural beauty around us. Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise. Start where you are, walking for a few minutes a day and then gradually adding more walking time as your fitness increases.
