The annual Mendocino Spring Poetry Celebration is Sunday, May 18th at the John Diederich Center in Fort Bragg. Admission is free and everyone is invited to experience the poetry, and all poets are invited to read their poems. There will be two sessions of poetry. Doors will open at noon for signups and community fellowship, and the first reading will start at 1, and the second session at 6.Between reading there will be a pupluck, bring something to share. This year is the 50th anniversary of the Celebration and the one time all year when the most poets from the whole county gather together to celebrate their art and community.
