Soroptimist Noyo Sunrise Meeting: Blue Zones

FreeSoroptimist International Noyo Sunrise hosts Blue Zone speaker Michelle Duarte on Thursday March 23 at Noon, in person at Redwood Coast Senior Center and via Zoom. This is a free program open to the community. Blue Zones Project encourages changes in our community that lead to healthier options. Michelle Duarte, a FBHS graduate, is a team member for Mendocino County. The meeting will be in the Redwood Coast Senior Center Multipurpose Room (COVID vaccinations required) on Harold St at Noon March 23, and on Zoom.
