The Mendocino Music Festival is, first and foremost, a community of music lovers who collaborate to produce the Festival. Volunteers are at the heart of of the production. Over two hundred people serve as door captains, ticket scanners, ushers, and concessions workers. Many more help out at fundraising events, serve on planning committees and the Board of Directors, or help with setup. May 17 will be an in-person sign-up day you’ll be able to sign up for specific concert and non-concert volunteer shifts. Unfilled positions will then become available for online signup, usually the following day.
