Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga that uses a chair as a prop makes yoga accessible and pleasurable… no need to get up or down to the floor! Instructor Sally Swan leads a chair yoga Thursdays from 10:30 – 11:30 in the Community Room. at the Mendocino Coast Rec and Park District and the Community Center of Mendocino.
There is a small supply of mats, please bring your own mat if you have one. Wear comfortable clothes. Chair yoga can be done in shoes or with bare feet.
