Labor Day celebrates the women and men who campaigned tirelessly for workers’ rights in the labor movement of the late 18th century.  This Labor Day Celebration will honor Senator Mike McGuire for his position as President Pro Tem in the California State Senate  Speakers will also include: Congressman Jared Huffman, California Democratic Party Chair Rusty Hicks<, District 02 Assembly candidate Chris Rogers and Local Labor Leaders Music will be provided by the Mendocino Gaggle of Raging Grannies with a performance by a local Baile Folklorico dance group Silent auction and food.  Bring a finger food dessert for a sweet connection with others!
